Data Deletion Policy
Effective Date: June 15, 2025
The Ad Cloud Portal provides users with a method to delete their data that has been collected via the Facebook API.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to have your data deleted from our platform, please follow these instructions:
- Send an email to our support team at `support@theadcloud.co.uk` (or your preferred contact email).
- Use the subject line: "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, please include your name and the name of the Facebook Page you connected to our service so we can identify your account.
What Happens Next
Upon receiving your request, we will process it within 7 business days. We will perform the following actions:
- Permanently delete the stored access token associated with your Facebook Page, severing the connection between our platform and your account.
- Remove any associated data retrieved from the Facebook API, such as your Page name and ID, from our active databases.
We will notify you by email once the deletion process has been completed.
You can also remove our app's access directly from within your Facebook account settings by navigating to "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings" > "Apps and Websites".
