Terms of Service for The Ad Cloud Portal

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the The Ad Cloud Portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a SaaS platform that allows clients to manage their social media presence, including connecting their Facebook Pages to schedule and publish content.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create and publish through our Service. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party platforms (like Facebook) that you connect to our Service.

4. Fees and Payment

Access to the Service may be subject to fees. All fees are as quoted and agreed upon in your service agreement with us. We reserve the right to change our fees upon due notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Ad Cloud and its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you create and post through the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your service agreement with us as per the conditions outlined in that agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Ad Cloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
